Ars Cameralis Silesiae Superioris

Ⅴ Ars Cameralis Festival

|

/11 — 30 November 1996/

Ars Cameralis Festival is a great celebration of art, which takes place annually in Upper Silesia. A region which is very specific — a polycentric expanse where many cities act as an important political, cultural and economical center. During 19 days of the Festival we invite you to take part in dozens of exquisite theatrical spectacles, concerts, art exhibitions and literary meetings.

The Festival is an attempt to renew the private forms of art. We need to choose a private way of presentation, if we want to show our audience — inhabitants of such a large expanse — some outstanding artistic achievements. The originators want the Festival to become an opportunity to show artistic events, which are also private — small forms as well as small expanse where the works are shown.
