ⅩⅡ Ars Cameralis Festival

|

We awake European emotions

/4 — 28 November 2003/

Theme of this year’s ⅩⅡ Ars Cameralis Festival — we awake European emotions — will be for you an invitation to explore various aspects of a cultural panorama of Europe. The festival program, extremely abundant and eclectic, using universal language of art, will create a story about the common European traditions and universal ethical and aesthetic systems, around whom the integration process occurred. Arousing of mutual respect and friendship lies at the source of this process.

Beside accentuating mutual cultural and historic roots of the Old World, Festival emphasizes the aspect of its extraordinary diversity. Great trump and richness of Europe is a melange of cultures, influences and contexts. At the basis of this heritage lies deeply ingrained tradition of tolerance, respect for difference, both cultural and religious. Europe is losing its strictly specified Center. Contemporary historical background introduces a perspective, through which everything that exists on the verges, turns out to be as important and valuable as everything that happens in the contractual European center.
